How long does it take for my order to arrive?
You can rely on the fact that your orders are a priority for us. We process and ship all orders within 24 hours so that you receive your goods as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery takes approximately 7–10 days, excluding weekends. To keep you informed, we provide a tracking number for all shipments so that you can easily track your package.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
In the rare event that you receive an item that does not meet your expectations, please contact us as soon as possible. Send an email to support@luminadeutsch.com within five days of receiving your order. To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please make sure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for items that have been washed, show signs of wear or damage, or are not in their original packaging, including tags. For inquiries received after the 60-day period, we may only be able to offer limited assistance.
